• motivacijsko pismo
• profil produkcijske tvrtke
• biografiju producenta
• filmografiju i pregled trenutačnih projekata
Kotizacija za sudjelovanje iznosi 300 eura po sudioniku. Organizator ne pokriva eventualne troškove putovanja i smještaja.

Program je podržan u okviru Potprograma MEDIA Programa Kreativne Europe.
The ACE Mentoring Programme aims to support emerging producers in managing their careers and developing their international networks by offering the opportunity to learn directly from established mentors who are actively working within the European film industry.
The programme is designed to help selected up-and-coming producers reach the next stage of their professional development and expand their international connections. Each year, up to ten producers based in the EU or a country participating in the Creative Europe – MEDIA subprogramme will be selected for the Mentoring Programme EU. In addition, three places are available for producers from non-EU countries, reflecting the commitment of ACE Producers to fostering a more inclusive and diverse film industry.
Once selected, each producer is matched with a mentor according to their specific needs. Over the course of the year, producers will have up to four meetings with their mentor, held online or, where possible, in person during international festivals and industry events. To fully benefit from the programme, applicants must have a feature-length project in development—whether fiction, animation or documentary.
The programme runs from February to December 2026 and includes a total of four online meetings throughout the year.
The call is open to emerging producers with some production experience who wish to broaden their knowledge of international co-production, feature-film financing, production, sales and online distribution. Applicants should have at least one credit on a film or television series (not necessarily as lead producer), as well as a feature-length fiction, animation or documentary project in development.
All applicants must complete an application form comprising:
• a motivational letter
• company profile
• producer’s biography
• producer’s filmography and current projects
The participation fee is 300 euros per participant. Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organiser.

The programme is co-funded by the European Union through the Creative Europe MEDIA.
