CEE Animation Forum vodeće je regionalno događanje za pitching, financiranje i koprodukciju, čiji je cilj povećati međunarodni potencijal projekata, njihovu vidljivost i pristup širem europskom tržištu.
CEE Animation obuhvaća regionalne aktivnosti za promicanje i razvoj animacije te njezinih talenata u više od 20 zemalja srednje i istočne Europe (CEE), nastojeći tako povećati profesionalno iskustvo, predstaviti sposobnosti filmaša i producenata te unaprijediti kvalitetu sadržaja i vizualnu stranu projekata. Sa svojom rastućom profesionalnom mrežom, CEE Animation Forum gradi snažnu zajednicu s ciljem podrške projektima te poticanja cirkulacije radova, kreativnih ideja i stvaranja novih partnerstava.
Događanje će se održati od 10. do 12. studenoga 2026. u Plzeňu (Češka). Glavni fokus ostaje na trima najvažnijim aktivnostima Foruma: pitching natjecanju (u četiri kategorije), Sajmu te industrijskim sastancima jedan na jedan.
Sajam u sklopu događanja novi je inovativni alat i namjenski prostor unutar CEE Animation Foruma koji pruža platformu profesionalcima u industriji animacije, putem koje će moći prikazati svoj animirani projekt, sudjelovati na pojedinačnim sastancima s donositeljima odluka te dobiti vrijedne povratne informacije od aktera koji mogu znatno unaprijediti njihov projekt. Osmišljen da nadopuni pitching natjecanje, Sajam sudionicima nudi mogućnost kupnje akreditacija za svoje projekte u bilo kojoj fazi razvoja, proizvodnje ili distribucije, uključujući i dovršene projekte. Glavna publika događanja etablirani su CEE, EU i međunarodni producenti, kreativci te industrijski agenti iz komercijalnih, nevladinih i javnih institucija.
Prijave su otvorene za međunarodne animirane projekte u četirima kategorijama: igrani filmovi, serije/TV specijali, kratki filmovi i studentski filmovi. Potrebno je naglasiti da samo producenti (ili drugi nositelji prava) mogu prijaviti projekte u ime projektnoga tima.
Prijave se obavljaju putem obrasca dostupnoga na poveznici. Napominjemo da je uz prijavu potrebno priložiti materijale kao što su logline, sinopsis, izjava redatelja i producenta, podaci o proračunu i formatu, primjeri vizualnoga stila itd. Rok za prijavu je 10. svibnja 2026.!
Nakon odabira projekta primjenjuju se sljedeće naknade za sudjelovanje: IGRANI FILMOVI – 350 eura po projektu; SERIJE / TV SPECIJALI – 350 eura po projektu; KRATKI FILMOVI – 200 eura po projektu; STUDENTSKI KRATKI FILMOVI – 100 eura po projektu. Kotizacija uključuje dvije akreditacije za CEE Animation Forum i troškove programa, dok troškove puta i smještaja snose sami sudionici.

The CEE Animation Forum is the leading regional pitching, financing and co-production event, aimed at boosting the international potential of projects, their visibility and their access to the wider European market.
CEE Animation brings together regional activities for the promotion and development of animation and its talents in more than 20 countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It seeks to enhance professional experience, showcase the skills of filmmakers and producers, and improve the quality of content and the visual aspect of projects. With its growing professional network, the CEE Animation Forum is building a strong community with the aim of supporting projects, encouraging the circulation of works and creative ideas, and fostering new partnerships.
The event will take place from 10 to 12 November 2026 in Plzeňu , Czech Republic. The main focus remains on the three core activities of the Forum: the Pitching Competition (in four categories), the Market, and one-to-one industry meetings.
The Market is a new, innovative tool and dedicated space within the CEE Animation Forum. It provides a platform for professionals in the animation industry to showcase their animated project, engage in one-to-one meetings with decision-makers, and receive valuable feedback from people who can significantly move the project forward. Designed to complement the Pitching Competition, the Market offers participants the opportunity to purchase accreditations for their projects at any stage of development, production or distribution, including completed works. The main audience of the event consists of established CEE, EU and international producers, creatives, and industry agents from commercial, non-governmental and public institutions.
Submissions are open to international animation projects in four categories: features, series/TV specials, shorts, and student films. Please note that only producers (or other rights-holders) may submit projects on behalf of the project team.
Applications are made through the submission form available here. Please note that the following materials must be attached to the application: logline, synopsis, director's and producer's statement, information on the budget and format, samples of visual style, etc.
Once a project has been selected, the following participation fees apply: FEATURE FILMS – EUR 350 per project; SERIES / TV SPECIALS – EUR 350 per project; SHORT FILMS – EUR 200 per project; STUDENT SHORT FILMS – EUR 100 per project. The fee includes two accreditations to the CEE Animation Forum and the costs of the programme, while travel and accommodation costs are covered by the participants themselves.
