Nakon zaprimljenih 47 prijava, odabrano je osam perspektivnih TV serijskih projekata u razvoju za peto izdanje programa Series Rough Pitch – The Balkan Way, online pitching događanja koje organiziraju CED – MEDIA uredi iz Hrvatske, Cipra, Grčke, Mađarske, Crne Gore i Srbije.
Događaj pruža platformu autorima i producentima sa zapadnog Balkana za predstavljanje svojih serijskih projekata vodećim europskim predstavnicima industrije, s ciljem poticanja međunarodne suradnje i razvoja regionalnih talenata u području visokokvalitetne televizijske produkcije.

Projekte će ocjenjivati istaknuti međunarodni stručnjaci i predstavnici vodećih europskih industrijskih platformi:
Događanje se organizira u suradnji s Hrvatskim audiovizualnim centrom, Filmskim centrom Crne Gore, Filmskim centrom Srbije te uz podršku Organizacije za europske programe i kulturne odnose na Cipru, čime se potvrđuje zajednička regionalna posvećenost razvoju profesionalnih kapaciteta i međunarodne vidljivosti autora iz regije.
Series Rough Pitch – The Balkan Way#5 bit će emitiran uživo 30. listopada 2025. u 12:00 sati (CET) putem Facebook stranica DKE - Ureda MEDIA iz Hrvatske, Cipra, Crne Gore, Grčke, Mađarske i Srbije, kao i na YouTube kanalu CED – MEDIA Office Croatia.
Pozivamo producente, predstavnike industrije, studente filma, medije i ljubitelje TV serija da nam se pridruže online, prate pitching uživo i upoznaju novu generaciju autora iz regije i šire.
After receiving 47 submitted projects, 8 promising TV series in development have been selected for the fifth edition of Series Rough Pitch – The Balkan Way, an online pitching event organised by the CED – MEDIA Offices from Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia.
The event provides a platform for Western Balkan creators to present their series projects to leading European industry experts, fostering international collaboration and supporting regional talent in the field of high-end television production.

International Jury:
The projects will be evaluated by a distinguished international jury of industry professionals:
Before the main pitching day, the selected teams will take part in an intensive online pitching preparation workshop (20–25 October) led by Valeria Richter (screenwriter) and Helene Granqvist (producer).

The event is organised in cooperation with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, the Film Center of Montenegro, the Film Center of Serbia, and supported by the Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations in Cyprus.
Series Rough Pitch – The Balkan Way#5 will be streamed live on 30 October 2025 at 12:00 CET via the Facebook pages of the CED - MEDIA Offices Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia, as well as on the official YouTube channel of CED – MEDIA Office Croatia.
