DKE – Ured MEDIA Hrvatske nastavlja svoju aktivnu podršku razvoju mladih i nadolazećih audiovizualnih talenata kroz mentorski i edukacijski program koji se u 2025. godini provodi drugom godinom zaredom u suradnji s Film Talent Academy, edukativnom platformom povezanom s međunarodnim festivalom kratkog filma Linz ISFF (Linz International Short Film Festival).
Program se fokusira na razvoj kratkometražnih filmova i prvih dugometražnih igranih filmova, a namijenjen je autorima i autoricama u ranoj fazi karijere. Aktivnosti se odvijaju u okviru Creative Europe MEDIA programa, s ciljem jačanja profesionalnih kapaciteta, razvoja projekata i pripreme za međunarodno audiovizualno okruženje.
U sklopu programa u 2025. godini održavaju se sljedeće aktivnosti:
Sve aktivnosti uključuju stručno mentorstvo i individualizirani osvrt za svaki projekt, s ciljem jačanja kreativnog potencijala, profesionalne sigurnosti i međunarodne spremnosti sudionika.
Sudjelovanjem u ovom programu, DKE - Ured MEDIA Hrvatske dodatno potvrđuje svoju dugoročnu posvećenost razvoju talenata, jačanju kapaciteta i međunarodnoj suradnji, te aktivno doprinosi profesionalnom razvoju nove generacije europskih filmskih autora.

Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Croatia continues its active support for the development of young and emerging audiovisual talent through mentoring and capacity-building programmes, implemented in 2025 for the second consecutive year in cooperation with the Film Talent Academy, an educational platform connected to the international short film festival Linz ISFF (Linz International Short Film Festival).
The programme focuses on the development of short films and first feature films and is aimed at filmmakers at an early stage of their careers. The activities are carried out within the framework of the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme, with the objective of strengthening professional capacities, supporting project development, and preparing participants for the international audiovisual environment.
As part of the programme, the following activities are taking place in 2025:
Short Film Lab – 23 July 2025
A mentoring workshop dedicated to the development of short film projects and pitch preparation.
First Feature Lab – 26 July 2025
A workshop for filmmakers developing their first feature-length film, with a focus on dramaturgy and project positioning.
Final Online Pitching Rehearsal – Short Film Lab – 27 August 2025
An online session dedicated to final pitch preparation and rehearsal.
Online Mentoring Session – 10 September 2025
A joint mentoring session focused on further project development and professional exchange.
All activities include expert mentoring and individualised feedback for each project, with the aim of strengthening participants’ creative potential, professional confidence, and international readiness.
Through participation in this programme, DKE – Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Croatia further confirms its long-term commitment to talent development, capacity-building, and international cooperation, actively contributing to the professional growth of a new generation of European filmmakers.
