DKE – Uredi MEDIA iz Hrvatske, Cipra, Crne Gore, Češke i Srbije u suradnji s Filmskim centrom Crne Gore, Umjetničkim vijećem Malte, Organizacijom za europske programe i kulturne odnose na Cipru te organizacijom Filmski stvaratelji iz Grenlanda (Film.gl) organiziraju radionicu pod nazivom 'Let's pitch some shorts!', čiju će kulminaciju predstavljati Pitching forum.
Radionica će ponuditi smjernice profesionalcima, ponajprije redateljima i scenaristima, te adekvatne odgovore na pitanja o najučinkovitijim načinima pripreme i prezentacije vlastitoga projekta stručnoj javnosti – producentima, distributerima, prodajnim predstavnicima, ali i široj javnosti – publici.
Radionica je namijenjena filmskim profesionalcima i studentima filmskih odsjeka, u prvom redu redateljima i scenaristima, s fokusom na projektima kratkometražnih igranih filmova.
Za provedbu radionice zadužena je iskusna i renomirana njemačka filmska producentica Roshanak Behesht Nedjad (njezin posljednji film 'Misija Ulja Funk' premijerno je prikazan 2021. u sklopu programa Generation, Međunarodnog filmskog festivala u Berlinu). Behesht Nedjad je članica Europske i Njemačke filmske akademije te diplomantica i mentorica najpoznatijega europskog edukativnog programa za filmske producente EAVE – European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs.
Za sudjelovanje će biti odabrano do 10 projekata iz Cipra, Crne Gore, Češke, Grenlanda, Hrvatske, Malte i Srbije.
Radionica će se održavati od 30. lipnja do 2. srpnja o.g. od 9 do 17 sati, a završni Pitching forum održat će se 3. srpnja o.g. u 10 sati te u kinu Kaptol Cinema Boutique u Zagrebu.

Sa zadovoljstvom najavljujemo da glavna nagrada za najbolji pitching iznosi 3.000 eura.
U suradnji s organizatorima European Short Pitcha dodijelit će se i nagrada u obliku konzultantskih usluga. Program usavršavanja MIDPOINT Shorts odabrat će jedan projekt za izravno sudjelovanje u izdanju 2024./2025., dok će Sayonara Film jednom od projekata omogućiti izradu festivalske i distribucijske strategije.
Žiri koji čine Julie Rousson (voditeljica institucionalne suradnje i industrijskih događanja / Euro Connection / Međunarodni filmski festival u Clermont Ferrandu), Adam Selo (Sayonara Film), predstavnica European Short Pitcha, odlučit će o dodjeli financijske nagrade.
The Creative Europe MEDIA Desks from Croatia, Cyprus, Montenegro, Czech Republic and Serbia, in cooperation with the Film Center of Montenegro, Arts Council Malta, Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations in Cyprus and Greenland Film Makers Association (Film.gl), are organizing a workshop and pitching forum called "Let's pitch some shorts!", which will culminate in the Pitching Forum.
The workshop will offer guidance to professionals, primarily directors and screenwriters, providing appropriate answers to questions about the most effective ways to prepare and present their projects to industry professionals—producers, distributors, sales agents—as well as to the wider public—the audience.
The workshop is intended for film professionals and film students, primarily directors and screenwriters, focusing on short fiction film projects.
The workshop will be led by experienced and renowned German film producer Roshanak Behesht Nedjad (her latest film, Mission Oil Funk, premiered in 2021 as part of the Generation program at the Berlin International Film Festival). Behesht Nedjad is a member of the European and German Film Academies and a graduate and mentor of the most well-known European educational program for film producers, EAVE – European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs.
Up to 10 projects will be selected from Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greenland, Malta, Montenegro and Serbia.
The workshop will take place from June 30 to July 2, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the final Pitching Forum will be held on July 3 at 10 AM at Kaptol Cinema Boutique in Zagreb.

We are pleased to announce that the main prize for the best pitch is €3,000.
In cooperation with the organisers of the European Short Pitch, a prize of consultancy services will also be awarded. The MIDPOINT Shorts training programme will select one project for direct participation in the 2024/2025 edition, while Sayonara Film will enable one project to develop a festival and distribution strategy.
The jury, composed of Julie Rousson (Head of Institutional Cooperation and Industry Events at Euro Connection / Clermont-Ferrand International Film Festival), Adam Selo (Sayonara Film), and a representative of European Short Pitch, will decide on the financial award.
